WINE DINNER AT HM PRISON PENTRIDGE
Join Hentley Farm at Olivine for an immersive dining experience set within the iconic former HM Prison Pentridge. Guests will enjoy a bespoke four-course menu paired with a curated selection of Hentley Farm wines, beginning at dusk with canapés and the newly released 2026 Blanc de Noir beside an open fire. The evening will showcase exclusive H-Block wines alongside the debut of two exceptional 2026 releases, while exploring the parallel stories of Hentley Farm’s evolution and Pentridge’s transformation into a world-class hospitality destination.
