Our Story
Our Beginnings
Hentley Farm was established in 1997 by Keith and Alison Hentschke, who had a single vision to craft exceptional single estate wines from the Barossa Valley.
Winemaking Pratices
The winemaking team is dedicated to precision, carefully evaluating each viticultural block and sub-row at harvest to ensure peak ripeness, with certain vineyards being picked multiple times throughout the season.
Sustainability
We are dedicated to sustainable practices, knowing that nurturing the land with care and respect brings out the best it has to offer.
