However, if at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have purchased, please call the Hentley Farm on +61 8 8333 0241 and we will be happy to assess your request for a credit, refund or exchange of product or the purchase price.
Christmas Deliveries
As the festive season approaches, it's the perfect time to start thinking about the wines that will complement your Christmas celebrations. To ensure your selections arrive in time, we kindly remind you of the following key dates for placing Christmas orders.
Whenever possible, we recommend placing your orders early to avoid potential delays.
For those looking to push the envelope, Australia Post has confirmed that pre-Christmas deliveries should be achievable if ordered by the dates outlined below.
NT – Monday 15th December
WA – Tuesday 16th December NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD/TAS
– Wednesday 17th December
SA – Thursday 18th December
The Hentley Farm warehouse will be closed from close of business Tuesday, December 23 until Sunday, January 4. Orders placed between Monday, December 22, and Sunday, January 4, will begin to be processed on Monday, January 5.
