THE HENTLEY FARM DINING EXPERIENCE
Located in the heart of our Seppeltsfield vineyard, our Restaurant provides an unforgettable dining experience with sweeping views over the Greenock Creek and our Beauty Shiraz block.
Our restaurant team draws inspiration from their deep connection with local producers and the land they nurture. Committed to showcasing the finest ingredients, our chefs create dishes that celebrate the delicate nuances of each component, allowing the flavours to shine.
We can accommodate up to six guests per table. For larger bookings, our chefs table can host up to 8, whilst larger groups can be hosted in The Barn.
Please allow approximately three hours to truly immerse yourself in our Discovery Tasting menu.
The Discovery Tasting Menu
Our Discovery Tasting Experience takes you on a sensory journey, featuring seasonal and sustainable produce crafted by our award-winning chefs.
The ever-changing, seasonal-driven menu showcases pristine produce either growing wild in and around the Greenock Creek, tended by our Chefs in our farm garden beds or from passionate farmers and backyard growers whose care and passion is evident through the natural flavours of every product.
Our Hentley Farm luxury wine pairing features an exquisite selection of wines from our Seppeltsfield and Mount Crawford vineyards. We also offer an extensive museum selection for those seeking something special.

The 'Petite' Discovery
This refined, abbreviated journey through our renowned Discovery Tasting Menu promises an unforgettable exploration of flavour and innovation, suitable for guests on time constraints.
With a condensed selection of exquisitely balanced courses, the 'Petite Discovery' offers a unique opportunity to savour the essence of Hentley Farm's culinary artistry in a succinct yet impactful manner. Each dish is a rendition from Chef Kyle's Discovery Menu, presenting a harmonious blend of seasonal ingredients expertly paired with Hentley Farm wines.

Chef's Table
In a private dining area, positioned aside our vibrant kitchen, watch on as our passionate chefs prepare your multi-course Discovery Tasting Menu. Guests are invited to interact with our team of chefs as they prepare additional dishes and treats for you in this exclusive space.
This experience is available for groups of six to eight guests and includes a tailored beverage pairing of Hentley Farm Luxury and Cellar Release wines.
Chefs Table Experience: $440pp including paired wines.

Chef Kyle brings over a decade of distinguished culinary experience to his role as Head Chef at our estate restaurant. His career, marked by time spent in acclaimed kitchens across Australia—including chef-hatted restaurants and luxury resorts—reflects his dedication to excellence and innovation.
At the helm of our restaurant, Chef Kyle curates an ever-evolving Discovery Menu that harmoniously complements the complex flavours of Hentley Farm's award-winning wines and picturesque surroundings. His expertise in flavor pairing and commitment to innovative, sustainability-driven techniques promise a culinary journey that not only stimulates the senses but also offers a truly memorable dining experience.

What are the dining options available?
The restaurant offers a Discovery Menu, Petite Discovery, and a Chef’s Table experience.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes, but all dietary requirements must be communicated at least 14 days prior.
Please note, we are unable to alter menu items simply due to personal taste or preferences
Is a deposit required to make a reservation?
Credit card details will be required to secure your booking. No charge will be made except in the case of a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, where a $110.00 fee is applicable per person. Increases and decreases to reservations are subject to availability.
Prepaid reservations are required for Petite Discovery bookings.
IIs the restaurant suitable for families with young children?
Due to the intimate nature of our restaurant, we are unable to accommodate prams or children under the age of 14.
We also do not have a separate children's menu, and all guests will be charged the standard menu price. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining this atmosphere.
Can I enjoy a cellar door experience before or after my booking?
We offer guests the opportunity to taste a refined selection of our wines in our cellar door before or after their dining experience. Please allow 40 minutes for this experience.
