Terms and Conditions
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- To enter, purchase any participating Hentley Farm product from a participating venue during that venue's promotional period and receive a unique promotional code.
- Visit the competition entry page and complete the online entry form, including your unique promotional code and all required contact details.
- Each unique promotional code is valid for one (1) entry only. Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry is submitted using a separate valid unique code.
- A unique promotional code will be issued with each eligible participating Hentley Farm product purchased, while stocks last.
- The promotional period is determined by each participating venue and may vary. Entries must be received before the close of the applicable promotional period.
- Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or duplicate entries using the same unique code will be deemed invalid.
- The prize consists of a voucher to be redeemed at the participating venue where the qualifying purchase was made. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- The winner will be selected by the participating venue following the conclusion of its promotional period and contacted using the details provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, the participating venue reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- By entering the competition, entrants consent to their personal information being collected and used for the purpose of administering the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Hentley Farm and participating venues reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Hentley Farm and participating venues reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
- Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
