Hentley Farm Viognier is grown on a quarter-acre block beside the dam wall at our Seppeltsfield vineyard. Sheltered from the elements, this small parcel ripens slowly, allowing flavour and aromatic complexity to develop while retaining freshness and poise.
Lifted and expressive, the wine reveals layers of perfumed aromatics and an opulent, textural palate. Its richness is balanced by an elegance more commonly associated with cool-climate Viognier, creating a distinctive expression of the variety.
